Real-estate listings have a layout problem. Why the floor plan matters more than the kitchen photo

Analytics on real-estate flipbooks consistently show the floor plan as the second-highest-dwell spread (the exterior hero photo is first). Buyers spend serious time on the floor plan because that is where they imagine their own life. Give the floor plan room to breathe, make sure the dimensions are legible at phone size, and consider an embedded 3D walk-through video alongside. After the viewing, send the same flipbook link to the seller as the marketing report for the property. The same four spreads now serve as proof of what the agent did to market the home. Page-level analytics give the seller a precise count of how many serious buyers viewed the listing and which spread they lingered on. That data wins the next listing from the same neighbourhood — and the flipbook URL is reusable across listings if you build it as a template.
